Terms and Conditions

The Object of Contract includes the temporary company for you, the Client, by me, the Escort. Payment will be paid in cash or must book 2 hours in advance. Anything further is not part of the contract and therefore, the Client will be blacklisted and terminated from the list.

Through other services, the Escort is acting under an online alias to entertain and support their Clients through whatever means they feel comfortable performing.

The reservation request of a Client via E-mail contact or text does not lead automatically to a contract by the Escort. 

To prevent any kind of abuse in the case of a first booking by a new Client, the booking will be recorded by the Agent, of what is to happen between between the Client and the Escort. All conversations are stored by the Agent and if abuse is suspected it will be forwarded to the Federal Police. 

If the consultation is a approved, the Client needs to inform the Escort about the intended, concrete purpose, scope and particular features of the desired Service - receipts will be filed by the Escort. To Clients will ensure that the Escort physical integrity as well as prevent any endangerment of the Escort, the appointment is required a health check before any intimate services are provided; no sexaul services are free from this restriction.

Cash is the main accepted form of payment as it sets clear boundaries on time, place and services that occur in our sessions. If you wish to pay with card, it must be a week ahead before the session, however - it also means the deposit ($150) will be non-refundable and will not be returned if the session is cancelled. 

The Escort does not take the liability for the Client's action, as the Escort acts on her own responsibility.  Any damage claims against the Escorts are limited to the total amount of the booking fee and are limited to grossly negligent fulfils of obligation. 

The customer has the option to cancel his contract without giving any reason. Cancellation must be send by E-mail at cottontailcleaningservices@gmail.com or via SMS at 0466424705, must be 2 hour before the appointment.

 In case the Escort will not be able to show up on the appointment due to any reasons, the Escort will cancel the appointment. Of course, the Client will immediately be offered an alternative appointment, if this is not accepted any and all fees will be returned to the Client at hand - except deposit ($50) that will not be returned if the session is cancelled. 

An extension of the originally scheduled service time on site needs to be confirmed by the Escort and needs to be paid directly to the Escort lady in cash.

For extras, card is an option, but clear communication of location and time with the girl must be established.

With Sugar Services having a baseline minimum of $200 an hour (which becoming non-refundable after a certain timeframe i.e. 1 hour after payment) which includes a non-refundable deposit ($150) with standard extras being clearly labelled and set. All personalised extras not for any one other than the Client and the Escort as to remain privacy for the client
